     Pre-1775.
          John Morehouse, child of Thomas Morehouse, was an ensign in the Fairfield County Troop, Connecticut in May 1676.
          Noah Tiffney served with Capt. Caleb Richardson of the Massachusetts Militia and others.
          Roger Clapp was a soldier. He was on 6 May 1646 appointed Lieutenant of the Dorchester Company.
          John Bedient served as Lieutenant with Richard Osborne in the Indian Wars.
          John Bigelow served bt 16 Nov 1675 - 3 Dec 1675 in King Philip's War.
          Joshua Bigelow served in Captain Ting's Comp. and was wounded in King Phillips War.
          John Clapp was a Captain in the Militia, and an officer in the French War.
          Thomas Clapp was an officer in the 44th Regiment of the British Army, and took part in the conquest of Canada.
          Thomas Eames was a soldier in the Pequot War in 1637.
          Michael Flagg, husband of Mary Bigelow, served bt 16 Nov 1675 - 3 Dec 1675 in King Philips War.
          Isaac Learned, husband of Sary Bigelow, served bt 16 Nov 1675 - 3 Dec 1675 in King Philips War. He was wounded.
          Aaron Noble served in the French and Indian Wars.
          Asa Noble, child of Luke Noble, was a Captain, and fought in the French and Indian Wars.
          Joseph Reynolds, husband of Phebe Leonard, was a lieutenant in the Rhode Island Militia.
          James Warriner took part in a skirmish at Quabauch to protect its inhabitants, who were weak and few.


     1775-1783 Revolutionary War.
          Isaac Bedient.
          John Bedient served in Capt Monson's 8th Regt of the Connecticut Line.
          Mordecai Bedient served in Capt Comstock's Co, 8th Regiment, Connecticut Line as a private. The Company was raised in Jan 1777.
          Mordecai Bedient was a pensioner in 1840; and his wife Polly received a pension through 1860.
          James Bigelow served in Colonel Graydon's Regiment, Massachusetts Line.
          John Bigelow was a soldier.
          Joseph Bigelow was filling in for his injured brother James.
          John Boldrey enlisted in April 1775, and served 8 months as a private in Captain Silas Cobb's company of Colonel Walker's Regiment of the Massachusetts Line.
          John Chenoweth, child of William Chenoweth, was a soldier.
          William Chenoweth, child of William Chenoweth, served, but there is no pension application.
          John Cox enlisted in 1781 with Capt. Brevard, and served 12 mo. in the 2nd North Carolina Reg., under Col. Dix and General Green.
          Henry Netherton served as Lieutenant.
          John Netherton served in the Virgina Militia of Shenandoah County, first as Captain, later as Major.
          Seth Noble served in Capt. Jabez West's Co. of the Massachusetts Line.
          Silas Noble probably died of campfever.
          Stephen Noble was a soldier.
          Hosea Tiffany served with Capt. Caleb Richardson of the Massachusetts Militia.
          John Tiffany enlisted in an unknown place , and served under Capt. Caleb Richardson of the Massachusetts Militia.
          Thomas Tiffany served with Capt. Caleb Richardson in the Massachusetts Militia.
          Zechariah Tiffney served as a private under Col. Joseph Reed of the Massachusetts Line for two years.
          Hezekiah Tiffeny served with Capt. Caleb Richardson of the Massachusetts Militia.
          Enos Whitney served under Captain James Peck and Lieutenant Ambrous Baldwin at Wallington, Connecticut.


     1812-1815 War of 1812.
          Joseph Bigelow also served in the War of 1812.


     1846-1848 Mexican War.
          Joseph B. Agnew served with Company K, 4th Reg., Indiana Volunteer Infantry. See here for a list of all soldiers in Company K.


     1861-1865 Civil War.
          Samuel B. Agnew served in the 18th Batt. of the Indiana Light Artillery.
          William W. Agnew served in Comp. B, 87th Reg. of the Indiana Infantry.
          Martin V. Blue served in Comp. D, 46th Reg. of the Indiana Infantry.
          Nancy Ann Blue was a nurse in the Union Army. She volunteered when her husband enlisted.1. However, this is unlikely to be true, as they did not marry until after Martin was discharged. She could, however, have met him during the war.
          William Raper Blue served in Comp. C of the 18th Iowa Infantry.
          Robert Wilkinson Furnas was a captain, and later a colonel with the Comp. E., 2nd Reg. of the Nebraska Cavalry.
          William John Gast served in Comp. E, 45th Reg. of the New York Infantry, which was organized at New York, NY.
          George Netherton was a private in Comp. D, 12th Reg. of the Indiana Infantry.
          Obediah Riker was a sergeant in E Comp, 25th Reg. of the New Jersey Infantry.
          Thomas O. Tiffany served 3 years and 9 months bt 21 Oct 1861 - Jul 1865 in Comp. K, 52nd Pennsylvania Infantry.
          Freeman P. Whitney served with Comp. B, 162nd Volunteers (17th Reg.), Pennsylvania Cavalry. He enlisted on 21 Sep 1862.
          Harland S. Whitney served with Comp. B, 162nd Volunteers (17th Reg.), Pennsylvania Cavalry. He enlisted on 21 Sep 1862 and died in service.
          George Wildeboor, child of Riekeltje Jurjens Schuring, was a lieutenant with Comp. I, 70th Reg., Illinois Infantry.


     1898 Spanish-Amercan War.
          William Frederick Seidler MD was listed as a life member of the Essex Troop of the National Guard, NJ Militia.


     1914-1918 World War I (anywhere.)
          Bernhard Lichtenstein served in WWI.
          Albert Mayer served in WWI.
          Julius Mayer served in WWI.
          Hugo Voss served in WWI.


     1940-1945 World War II (anywhere.)
          Janet Abraham, child of Lois Tiffany, served in the Navy.
          Sheldon T. Abraham served with the Marine Corps in Tsinglao, China, Okinawa and Guam.
          George Robertson Leslie enlisted in the US Air Force, and was badly wounded in Europe.
          Richard Seidler was in the Navy, and participated in the invasion of Normandy.
          Robert Buell Tiffany was a private in the 361st Inf, 91st Div.. He was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge.


     1950-1953 Korea.
          Julius Berman served in the Korean War.

          Nanno Tammes was a Lieutenant.
          Jacobus Katers was a soldier in the Regiment of the Lord Prince of Baden.
          Hermannus ten Bruggencate was from 1798 a lieutenant in the Militia of Almelo and Vriezenveen.
          Hermannus ten Bruggencate was until 1801 a 1st Lieutenant in the 6th Co. 2nd Batt. Militia of the region of the Oude IJssel.
          Egbert Geerts Brouwer became a member of the Militia in 1828.
          Gerrit Jan Gast was drafted in 1827. He started his service on 1 May 1828, and served 5 years with the 7th Div. Infantery.
          Hendrik de Haan served about 7 yrs in the Navy.
          Roelf Jans Starke served in the Militia in 1836, he was a sailor 3rd class on the ship 'Euridice', but with unlimited furlough.
          Sijbold Geerts Harbeek was in the Navy.
          Barend ten Bruggencate was a Corporal in the Militia.
          Lambert ten Bruggencate was a soldier. He went on 1 Sep 1877 with the steamship ''Princes Amalia'' to the Dutch East Indies.
          Borgert Berends Orsel was drafted into the Militia in 1820.
          Ulpen Tjakkes Kleinhuis was drafted in 1820 into the Militia.
          Carel ten Bruggencate was in the artillery in 1837.
          Borchert Jacobs Raave served 5 years with the 8th Div. Infantry.
          Harm Jans Starke was in 1831 a soldier with the 3rd Co., 2nd Batt. 8th Div. Infantry in Maastricht.


     20th century.
          Hendrik de Haan served in the reserves.
          Ds. Barend Gast served in 1955-1956 one yr as army chaplain in Vught, and bt 4 Oct 1959 - 1964 as minister in service of the Army at the Lua-school in Ede.
