Jan Gerrits Warners, Albert Nijenhuis as husband and guardian of Anne Warners, Albert Uijlenreef, as guardian of the children of the late Henrik Warnaars, and Grietien Warners with her guardian Jan Swam, together heirs of the late Geert Warners conveyed to Jan ter Brugge, and Marrie Garrits Warners, widow of Johan Willinck, their parental house, with the garden and yard behind it, between the house of Jan Backer and that of Gosen Leffarts.¹
